you cant really tell from the pics but its just the lip thats damaged. the actual place where the tire is held onto the rim is fine. its pretty much cosmetic.
the tire gash is kind of deep but ive had compareable gashes on my falkens and theyre still good. my suggestions: try not to beat on that side too much...be overly cautious on that side fix the rim up... bend it back, sand down the sharp edges, put a little filler and touch up paint on it then take it somewhere and ask about the tire...can they patch it a little, is it even necessary -------------------- |
