me and my buddies were all just chillin near my car one day and one of them pointed out that i had a lot of rust near my tires. i never noticed it before till now, but i was wondering if I should be worried about this. is this bad for my car? what should i do? if anything.

Don't worry about this. I have just used white "Direct To Rust Metal Paint" Hammerite. No problem
