1) that backlight won't go off.
it shouldnt be on unless i press the "F" button and even then it should only stay on for like 10 sec.

2) it keeps flickering.
every 3 sec. it just shuts off for a split second then comes back on for 3 more seconds

3) the buttons dont do anything!
it won't unlock or lock the doors, nothing!

could it be the heat? its like 100 degrees outside but not in my room (where it is right now). if it is the heat will it go away? what the hell do i do?

Not to steal the thread. But my stock alarms messed up. My remote sets it off by itself sometimes. But i don't know can you get a new remote and program it to the alarm? anyone know?

^ you can, i just dont know exactly how. my stock alarm never worked.

so i just pulled the battery out of mine. now just the backlight is on...nothing else. the backlight still wont go off. i pulled the battery once before and Dustin got it back on but i have no idea how. arg! what the hell! mad.gif
