speed holes in the hood: do they make the car go faster?

speedholes are not in the hood...scoops and vents are

speed holes are in the rear bumper

they are installed in the rear bumper in order for the air wich swirls up and behind it to escape without causing drag

I saw "speed holes" that formed the word "CIVIC" cut out of the rear bumper...the C on the end was crooked too. laugh.gif I believe Dustin has a picture of it.
