(see end of Page 1 for update)
ok I'm tired of looking for info about it. But, I did find one person confirming toyota did install it on the left air vent area of the driver side. Just to ask again, Is the OEM fog light switch/button location on the left air vent area of the driver side left air vent? My car alarm light is located in that indented circle where I think the button/switch is at... I think.... if exists. Is it a button? Was it offered on US celicas? Man I dont think I am making sense... sleepy time. ohhh dang it, if someone has I a pic that will just shut me up. QUOTE(Batman722 @ Sep 1, 2006 - 6:31 AM) guys the plug for the back of that is part of the main interior wire harness, which runs throughout the inside of your dashboard. The plug cannot be purchased on it's own from toyota, you would have to get the entire harness which is huge $$. Thanks for the information, guess its time to be creative! -------------------- |

I think Martin (malpaso) is looking into this as we speak. I know I have tried before for another harness and I was given a big no by the toyota dealership. Let's see what he comes up with, good luck Martin ![]() -------------------- |

For common customer is impossible get any connector harness... but technicly it is possible. Every "genuine" Toyota car service must have special catalog of any plug or harness in Toyota (of course with part numbers). I have seen once this catalog and tried look for some JDM connectors for projectors... there are no model cars, just drawings with connectors and numbers with short specification. If you find anything what looks usefull, you have no chance for checking you have exactly what you want... result is just some part number. Then you must find out in which car is that part used and check if it's right thing...If it is, time for ordering ![]() ![]() p.s.: just for your info. One connector bought that way costs about $30-40... just stupid wire harness... ![]() -------------------- No more replicas... This is evolution... This is SS-four :)
