I found a guy that will do either a montorized sunroof or manual sunroof with a lifetime warranty, do you think it would be worth putting the money into doing it? And you cant go wrong with a lifetime warranty because if it leaks i'll just go back and get it fixed!

it probably won't add value to the car because it isn't factory. if anything the value will decrease because [people tend to think] aftermarket things like that, in general, tend to cause problems. the lifetime warranty is great for you but if someone buys the car and can't get to the place that holds the warranty it becomes a hassel for them.
with that said, I've actually been thinking about putting an aftermarket sunroof in my car  ... but with all the things I've done to decrese the value of my car, it's worth more to me than it would sell for so I plan to keep it for a long time. how much would it cost you?
