i was looking in my fuse box and found a 20a fuse labled "seat htr". looked it up in my owners manual and it says "seat heater: no circuit", yet it does get power when the car is turned on. so why is it there? did our cars ever have heated seats? if so, how were they turned on?

yeah, theres a wire that plugs into the passenger seat (just like the one on the drivers seat for the seatbelt light) that doesn't do anything. I thought maybe they could be a connection for heated seats.
