 Engine check light |

I was driving for around for 5mins, then the engine check light came on. After shutting the car off for about 3-4 hrs the light went away. Any suggestions whats going on? BTW its a 94 Celica.

^that was explaining why the CEL may have gone off and what to do to try and get it back on to see if the problem still exists, not saying anything about clearing it.
the ECU stores the fault code. find out what it is then go from there. -------------------- |
