so i have a 1995 gt cali emssion 5sfe and i need to get a new ecu becuase i did the auto to manual swap. now i was just wondering if there are 2 different ecu's made for this motor that year . meaning is there a cali ecu for manuals, and a non cali ecu or are they interchangable . i think there are 2 different one but i just want to make sure any info would be awsome

theres a way to re-wire your existing auto ECU, I'm just not sure how.
I thought all 94-95's were Cali emissions... maybe someone else can confirm that or not but in that case as long as its OBD1 it should work fine. I used a 96 ECU on my 97, no problems as of almost 4 months later -------------------- |
