'99 GT hatchback owner. is there a kit to just take out the rear spoiler/fin and make it smooth? does the fin really kick in when i go 100mph+? i thought it's just for decoration?

get a VIS carbon fiber hatch. OR go to the UK and hope you find a hatch in a junkyard from a Celica that came without the spoiler. OR bondo the holes like everyone else is saying. OR ghetto patch the holes with vinyl stickers like I did
