for those of you with exhaust, without a cat, did the CEL come on? or do i just need a header with 2 sensor spots? i know some guys who did the whole header exhaust thing and they had to put a high flow cat in, is there a way to get around a cat? thanks

Take one out and you should be fine. I still have both though. No CEL's. If you have an aftermarket exhaust manifold then you will need to weld on a new bung for the second sensor. More info here clicky. Read step 10. This post has been edited by 95CelicaST: May 15, 2007 - 12:37 PM -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money

Read step 10. yeah so my understanding if you have 2 sensors in the header, u should be ok. now the place i was gonna get to do it was saying mandrel is about twice the price, does it make that much of a difference? or just nicer looking? if i go crush, i have to go bigger piping, correct? -------------------- ![]() |
