^ Thanks Joe
Update: I haven't really be able to enjoy this swap because my car has been leaking gear oil. I called Manny up and he told me what to look for and that maybe the tranny was overfilled and caused a leak. That wasn't the problem. To save myself the aggrivation of trying to get my car high enough in my garage I brought my car over to Mavis where my cousin works. We put the car on the lift and saw that the leak was coming from the axle seal on the driver's side. Which would not have been a big deal if it was only a bad seal. We then put the car in gear and let the wheels roll. That's when the real problem showed up. My axle instead of staying straight and turning in the tranny was going up and down. The leak was happening because the axle was/or looks to be too small for the tranny leaving a gap where it should be sealed. I could literally pull the axle out of the tranny. So if you are doing an auto to manual swap i suggest getting manual axles. I should have gotten them but I was told I didn't need them. Maybe I'm wrong about a size difference. So my question is for those of you who have done this did you get manual axles?
