upgraded cams for 7afe HELP Options

ok i just got sum upgraded cams for the 7afe there from japan and offer 14-18 more hp..i was told ther a striat drop in other than having to get shims for the vavles, and reseting the timming after installed..my question is how do u go about getting these shims, and how do u install the shims...or better yet a whole how to for the whole install and setting timming....any info or sugestions help thanx Lance

I did this last week on my engine rebuild but didn't really take any pictures. I will re-create it eventually... maybe tomorrow morning, and post some pictures and how to do it.

thnx any help is usefull right now...did u get upgraded cams at all or just stock??? pics dont really worry about it just an how to would be very nice..thnx
