Found this on ebay:

first, the APEXi AFC Neo can control fuel at 16 RPM points that you set at either High or Low throttle... so essentially a 16x2 fuel map.
the E-Manage Blue ONLY (without the Support Tool software) can only control fuel at 5 preset RPM points... so that makes it a 5x2 map.  with the E-Manage Support Tool it gives you a 16x16 map  and with the ignition harness you can control timing
