whats needed? 3S ECU? is the distributor the same?

only person i know to have built a 5s-gte. EDIT: i believe the distributer would depend on what year. because the 94-95 have an internal ignition coil whearas the 96-99 have an external. So if it is post 96 on the 3s and the 5s (assuming the 3s followed that rule) then they look pretty close.
