What it even be worth the money or trouble of puttin a fmic on my car without the use of having a turbo or is it pointless cause i was thinkin it would be

Pointless. the air wouldn't be able to travel fast enough and end up suffocating your engine more than anything. Cold Air Intake would accomplish what you're trying to do.
