hello
I was just wondering which would be a better option. Getting uprated discs and pads for the standard ST calipers, or changing to GT calipers using standard discs and pads? Any info much appreciated. thankyou |

If you have good brakes on your ST, upgrading to GT brakes won't make that much of a difference.
When I swapped out the rear drums for disc brakes, I thought the ST fronts looked like they were the same size as the GT rears. It was strange looking to me, that's pretty much the reason I decided to put GT fronts in also. I had good brakes with the ST setup and noticed little to no difference in braking power with the GT setup, I think the little difference I did notice was probably all psychological. But if nothing else, it looks much better. -------------------- |
