i was talking to a friend of mines and he said he found a 1999 celica for 7k. it's got a little over 140k miles but pretty mint with no rust. is it worth that 7k just for a celica? i mean you have to factor in its reliability and all other toyota crap like usual

I know it's a Toyota motor and it'll last forever and all but there's still 140k miles of wear on everything else. And it still is almost 10 years old.
I got my '97 almost 5 years ago, it was about 2 years newer at the time, had only 126k miles and it was an auto. I got it from an auto auction for $5400. Basically I think 7k for a 10 yr old car with 140k on it is too much. 6k would probably be fair for both parties considering the rarity nowadays. 4-5k would be a steal.
