 IS there a difference?, S3fe and 5sfe |

Are the 3sfe and 5sfe the the same motor. I know the 3s is the JDM motor and the 5s is USDM but is the a suggnifacent difference?

I c. Will a 5sfe header fit on a 3sfe head?
