I read in magazines and hear people constintly talking about reflashing ECUs. Wut is it and wut are the advantages of it? Also when should this process take place in the tuning stage? (i.e. intake exhaust, ground kit, reflash)?

I guess not, if so us 3s guys would be reflashing like theres no tomorrow.
