Hey Rico, if ur gonna paint it put at least 4-5 light coats. Once those coats dry Put 6-7 coat of High temp clear if there is even any. Oh yeah don't forget primer 2-3 light coats. But to get a valve cover like the one u posted. Try and find a powder coating person. See if he/she can hok u up.
P.s. grab an extra valve cover to temperarely replace the one ur workin on. -------------------- From Japan to Texas my st202 follows me.
