sorry if I'm being a Dick but you can find these for only 14 shipped a lot of places and that comes with both the magnet and the suction cup.
These are really popular in the Honda Scene. Not so much with Toyotas. They are called Wakaba leaves. -------------------- |

In Japan, they signify new drivers, but in the US, they are a fashion statement only.
