I got 180K (close to it) on my engine. I already did the head, full exhaust, SRI, full tune up with good stuff, and new 02 sensor. Is there anything else I could replace to bring back some life to my engine like say fuel injectors, rail, fuel pump, fpr, etc?? Would it be worth it or not to replace those fuel parts? They do have all that mileage on em.

I would say add new injectors and a fuel pump. in the future you can use cleaner to keep those parts clean, but it seems like you have never done it so I would say do it. It might not give you a substantial amount of power, but your ride will run smoother. Have you done a timing belt change. Do that if you haven't.
