Paypal is retarded. Does anyone else have this problem i'm having? I can't send money as a gift. which means that whoever I'm sending money has to pay to receive it or I think I have to pay more. I have no idea. I got so frustrated with it that I called them and they told me that sending money as a gift is not an option yet for my country. How F#@#$% stupid! Plus I can't add funds to my account I can only pay using my credit card so guess what? I have to pay even more each time I use paypal. This is driving me up a wall. I took a screen shot of what I have....

I have tons of options however as I tried there is no way how to avoid that paypal fee...
a) pay from tab "Purchase" means person who receive money is paying 4% of amount  b) pay from tab "Personal" means person who send money is paying 4% of amount...  That's all. No other difference noticed for me...
