Fog Light Question, Running the fog lights to turn on with the parking lights Options

Hey guys,

I have the 96-99 fog lights already installed in my car. I was just wondering how can I run them to turn on when you just have the parking lights on? Right now, it only turns on when I put the headlights on. Oh, and I have the OEM light switch for the fog lights and I'm not thinking of running another aftermarket switch just for this.

I have that from some special electrician's manual I saw at authorized Toyota service station. Something what Toyota distribute only for own service stations...

I’m new to this list. I know I'm bringing this topic back from the dead but I hope you'll understand why. I have a ’99 Celica and would like my fog lights to be powered up with the parking lights, not in the headlight circuit as Toyota designed it.

I tried to utilize the information and the photos in this thread to modify it. Unfortunately, the directions are not applicable to the 1999 model year. The blue relay shown in the photo looks the same as the one on my car, but on mine it is a starter relay. (It says so right on the relay and the car won’t start without it.)

There are several other relays but I haven’t a clue as to which relay might be for the fog lights. If anyone knows how to do this, I’d appreciate the help.
