Japanese point of view of interchangeability of parts will be the key.
If you have an alternative to change the engine and put a much more powerfull one will solve alot of problems. i.e. GT4 engines that can be put eaisly on quite many toyota cars. That is only probable though if you also have good quality (ie toyota quality) If the base car is not built with quality in mind, then your efforts will be pointless and dangerous as many honda and mitsubishi owners that were involve in accidents know. |
