ADVICE PLEASE fuel rail, i need some knowledge Options

i need some knowledge regarding the fuel rail. ive bought an after market fuel pressure regulator for my turbo set up that im trying to do. i havent taken it apart yet because this is my daily driver for a while. so basicly i need to know what i can use to bolt up to the stock rail, or should i go aftermarket (if they make them for our car)??

im not using a 5s ecu, im getting a stand alone, and im also going to learn about the motor as i go along, i thought 6gc was a place to help each other. people are right, people are dicks

manny's (pressure2) knows what he's talking about. he knows this sh!t like the back of his hand.
they're trying to help you by telling you one thing and you're disregarding it.

Whenever you ask people for help or a decision about something, you are always going to get positive and negative feedback from people.
You just have to take it all it, consider your options, and make the decision based off how you feel.
