needless to say after the motor blew to pieces, what lagos said FINALLY started to sink in... so i decided to get in there and learn.

learning how to do maintenance on a motor: H2O pump, cam seals, rear, front main seal, Oil pump seal etc.

which leads me to this: tweak and cam have been gracious enough to teach me some stuff =) i drove 3 hours to summerville several times for class lol

thanks for the compliments guys! and come to find out the problem is actually the head gasket! the car pulls like hell, but alas, no drivin for me! its disappointing, but i dont have that scripture in my sig for nothin!!!


im actually looking forward to getting back in and taking it apart, i'll get to apply what i learned again, and im a tactile learner so... its good and bad. just pissed that certain motor companies arent on the up and up.

that black housing on your projector is awesome.

no problem with the actual lighting level?

i havent put them in yet, was going to wait until car got back. and honestly the whole lighting level is fine by me, i saw what everyone was talking about regarding the necessity to level off the beam, but im not going that far and messing with it. it'll be ok

and mak, i was nervous at first, but i got sick of being scared to fix the car all the time, so i just went in and did it.
