^^^WFT^^^^ O.o

plz dont take offence to this.. but that is NOT what you use a catch can for.. a nice use for an overflow reservoir.. but....

a Catch can is to help keep that nasty gunk from building up in your manifold and intake track... the can it self is plumbed in the line that connects to the valve cover and manifold.. (primarily, some get routed out to the intake in front of the TB) the can collects oil and moisture from the vapor that leaves the valve cover (there are other sources too) and helps "clean" that air stream before it is plumbed back to the induction system.. there is ALLOT more to this.. and the truth is that many of the "catch cans" out there are not even close to be sufficient for the job that they are supposed to perform.. best cheap option for a small catch can that will actualy work is to just get a small in line air filter used for air compressors. like THIS... there is more to this, and honestly i have only seen a few truly "functional" catch cans on the market. and they cost mucho $$.... google EVO catch can and you should see some good other examples of what some have done to make the "cheap" ebay catch cans functional.. not the best, but a nice small project for the weekend.
