 Turbo without INTERCOOLER FOR 7AFE |

Hi guys,
I'm about to get a Turbo Kit, and was told that i don't really need an intercooler for my 7afe. The Extreme kit that comes with it and could get it and was suggested to get a Superior Turbo Kit. Extreme Tubo Kit with intercooler,____________Superior Turbo Kit doesn't come with Intercooler. The question is would it affect any mechanical with out the intercooler? |

Just one note from me... just last week I have seen turbocharged 7AFE without any intercooler. Cooling was provided by watter injection. Boost (if remember right) was set to 0.6bar.

I know theres a member that ran a water cooler(inclosed pipe with water in it that is recirculated with a pump) and it was cold all the time. |

I only know there is for sale complete kit for about $2800. Includes Garrett turbine, fuel management unit, 440cc injectors, etc... (that reminds me also as an answer for this topic  )
