So I am contemplating on doing a 3S-GTE swap as there is a local importer that has a couple of them (2nd, 3rd, 4th)
From all of the experienced members here, what would be the best choice for a 3sgte swap? Local importer quoted $2,100 for a 3rd gen 3S-GTE with everything including harness and ECU. -------------------- 1993 Celica GT Coupe - sold

My set came with the fuel resistor. Sourced a MAP sensor on here from a member. Much appreciated! So all I am missing, is the IC heat exchanger, IC water pump, and IC relay/Fuel relays....all pretty easy to source outside of OEM. My harness is clean & uncut...so I'll will most likely be doing the wiring myself, but you could add that cost in there. The majority of the cost from my swap is the preperation of the engine itself such as oil & water pump, idlers, pulleys, seals, tools etc. The only positive I see out of getting the whole front clip, is the posibility of getting some rare item you can sell off to pay for all that.
