I am SOOOO going to do this! He heats up the blind rod in the oven and bends it around something round so that he makes his shape. Then he makes grooves to diffuse the light. I'm kinda upset I didn't think of this and make the video..lol. It's pretty amazing.

I used to want to do this. I just don't think it'll look good with the USDM frosted lenses and I like my clear high beams just as they are. I currently have about 50 videos up on youtube on random how-to stuff and other things. Your right about the frosted lens though. The light would need to be near the lens instead of around the bulb for the USDM celicas. JDM ones would probably look better since they are clear. -------------------- -Jay
