EDIT: I should throw in here that this is a 3sgte engine swap.
They're both located right next to each other, under the carpet, bottom right of picture: ![]() What are these two things though? Box thing: ![]() Should this be connected somewhere? (It says "Circuit Opening Relay") so yet again, should it be screwed on somewhere? Or just hanging like it is..: ![]() This post has been edited by cibrit-: Dec 16, 2008 - 5:23 PM -------------------- |

the first box is your ECU. Don't remove it, it makes you car run.
the second is the COR (Circuit Opening Relay) the COR is usually bolted to the side of the ECU. -------------------- |

So, should I bolt the COR back onto the box?

So, should I bolt the COR back onto the box? If you can yes if not just leave it make sure its connected though that relay is "very" important. -------------------- "To Protect And To Serve The Wealthy" -POLICE

both boxes make the car do what it does. keep them.
You dont need to bolt down the cor, just make sure your passenger cant step on it. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned

You guys are funny, I wasn't planning on removing any of them.. I was just wondering if the COR should be connected to the ECU, that's all.. Thanks for the comments though.
And, "lagos" i wasn't planning on throwing them out ![]() -------------------- |
