That looks like the same socket as the side marker for a 7G Celica, the connector is also a pretty common one for many Toyota, a quick trip to the junk yard should find the same socket and connector to be harvested from just about every/any Toyota you can find. Check plate lights and side markers for easy ones to snip off.

My bad, 7G side markers are a 90deg socket.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Side-Marker-Light-...It8&vxp=mtr that's the connector I bet though.

Good to know that these are common! There's not a whole lot of toyotas at wreckers around here but maybe something will have it.

I'm not quite sure how to re-pin that connector. Should the "plugs" just pull out? Or is there some special procedure?

Well if you can get a socket and 'pigtail', which is the connector and some wire attached, then you can just splice that in and not need to worry about pins and repinning and all that because let me tell you, that tiny stuff is not fun to work with.

I ended up Soldering wires on to the ends of what was sticking out, and it worked out well.

Has any one added an accent light to USDM headlights. If I did mine I will put a strip inside (like in new model VWs (Beatles). Too busy to find a spare pair and dig into it.

That is correct, however, The way I was thinking of is to add a strip light and connect it to marker lights and not to low beams, so when you turn ON your evening lights, this light would come on.

Here are the correct part numbers for the two pieces that attach to accent light.

99159-10228 - Plug Connector Male (Part that holds the bulb)
90980-11149 - Socket Connector Female (Part that connects to the wiring harness)
82998-12440 - Terminal Repair Wire (comes with pin and insulator).

Both are still available since they are used on other Toyota vehicles today. Cost ranges about $7 each piece.
