If I squint really hard I can see it kind of looks like a drunk guy got a old and new supra kind of confused and made a car out of them both. I see why you're superficially attracted to it, once you get Supra fever it never lets you go. I counter with you should buy a Dodge Viper so you're too terrified to ever actually drive it because they're more tail happy than a Mustang leaving Cars and Coffee so it'll just appreciate in value in the garage.

I think Vipers are awesome cars but for some reason I just don’t feel all that compelled to own one. I’d drive the crap out of an R8 or Gallardo though.

Fiancée's new-to-her car, sold the MX-3 to get it yesterday. It's a '90 A-package with 126K miles, only paid $2K for it. It needs love here and there, but it is solid and rust free. The biggest thing is it needs tires and a top, but I'm going to patch the top up tomorrow to hold her over. Looking for tires now, but seems to be another shortage.

It's that or pay someone to do stuff to it like wrap or dip. You two can glue one little plastic dazzle on at a time until the whole thing is covered up. Might even go faster, like golf ball dimples!

So I finally got slightly less lazy and pulled the front bumper to swap the nearly dead right side HID bulb for new one (and of course the other side too). I popped the new bulb in and turned on the lights, new side is at minimum 50% brighter than the old side. Maybe more like 75%. I ran both bulbs for a few hours in the basement to get a head start on them 'breaking in' some but they're only about 1/2 to 1/3 through the recomended number of hours for that and the difference is already this big. I didn't realize how bad the old bulbs were, I'm glad the one side took a poop on me.

I guess I didn't realize how long it had been and that I did so much night driving but hindsight 20/20 yeah it's been a while and yeah I drive it at night a lot.

So what's the plural for multiple Miata? Maiti? Miatases?
