For anyone with stock fog lights installed..., help please!!!!! Options

Hi folks, need little help. I would like install stock foglights but I have wiring problem. I have wires already in the car, I have lamps... What I don't have is fog relay ... I have found place where to look (thanks to this topic)



and found this...



two empty places for relays... One for front and second for rear fog lights... So my problem are:

1. Is this really right place for fog relays?
2. I have from the stock working rear fog light (normal for Europen Celicas), so why I don't have one relay at least there!!!???
3. Do you (anyone with stock front fog lights) have some relay there? Look or make a picture please!!! You don't need remove anything, just look under the panel where pedals are...
