I need new lows but I dont have the money for projectors, I found some JDM lights for pretty cheap, they look just like the stock ones except they have the separate driving lights in them.
1. Does any one know if these still need to be converted to LHD? 2. If so would it be any different than converting the projectors? 3. And what would it take to hook up the extra driving lights? Thanks In Advance Mike, -------------------- |

Are they "real" JDM lights or do they come from a European car. Because real JDM have a different reflector on the inside. And I dont know if that is easy to modify.
And what do you mean with different driving lights? Because every lowbeam has 2 lights. -------------------- JDM Powerplant installed, BPU coming very soon!

Where did you get that, and what is the original bulb size and color when you got em?

Thanks In Advance Mike, let me share with my humble opinion ![]() 1. Yes... and no ![]() 2. ..., but there is no way how convert it... Damn... actually there is, but I'cant explaint that (insufficient English) and it's just temporary solution... It's kind of "what to do when visit RHD country with LHD car" instruction. So... forgot about that (agree with azian_advanced's post ![]() 3. I belive you talking about "parking lights" (those lights are mandatory in Europe and they are turend on together with low beams all the time) ![]() And those lights are just part of stock distribution circuit in Europe,... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ...so if you want make them work you must find some "work-around" solution ![]() Hope that help. -------------------- No more replicas... Once again - respect to malpaso for exhaustive description. Man, you're detailed! Hope to meet you in person next year in Parma.
@ azian advanced: it is true that you do not have problems driving with RHD lights - it's other drivers that get blinded by your lights. -------------------- '94 ST202 - tuned, highly apprieciated, but sold.

^ what i meant was i didn't get any negative feedbacks or hi beam flashes from oncoming drivers.. but for safety reasons, it would be best to have LHD lights.
also there are a lot of pickup truck drivers here (and in the US im sure) that are riding with big tires and with body lifts, those things blind you more than what my lights would do. even the stock midsize to fullsize trucks are high enough to blind others... besides, my car is lowered in the front which somewhat compensates for that. -------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
