I wanna know the numbers! also, for your loss of boost, check that the vacuum hose going between the turbo housing and wastegate actuator didn't pop off. happened to me and I couldn't boost past about 1 PSI.

okay, pulled turbo off and found the answer...a stainless oil feed line got cut open somehow and no oil to turbo = dead.....the turbine on the exhaust side isnt even on anymore...thats what the noise in one of the video is and prob why it smoked

 Man, screw that. If the same happens to mine when I take it to the dyno, I'll freaking swap in a manual tranny, LOL.

i got a prob...i hooked up everything tonight..started fine except smoked on the manifold, no biggie, i sprayed some pb blaster on it earlier to swap the manifold on the newer manifold. started car up again...ready to test drive...went reverse then forward...car is jerking then died...car wont stay at idle now...what can this be?

check that the map sensor did not disconnect somehow and also check your map sensor and TPS sensor connections for your piggyback.

Oh, and WOT videos, too..all this, of course, when you get your problems sorted out and you have the time. That would be great. I'm sure people here crave them, too. We need to get a sticky going for turbo 5S and 7A Celica videos on the multimedia section. No chit-chat or anything, so we can keep it clean and easy to navigate. Just a post with a video URL link, and explanation, followed by the next post. It'll motivate other people to do the same and we can get good memories later on when we upgrade our cars. If no one else agrees, it's cool...I'll just jump off a bridge and end my existence.
