I will try to today. I gotta check again for vacuum leaks, install the wide band, finish the hot pipe, check the timing, and do an oil change.

This is a video at idle. Nothing special. I will get some video with the go pro next chance I get. Ran into a few issues, but overall it runs great!

I feel like I just got my license again for the first time! I've been trying to find any and every excuse to go on a drive. I love how this thing conducts itself. Lady in public, freak in the bedroom. Can't wait to up the boost!

Cheers!

Glad to hear she's running and lively Ben - can't wait to see her in action and in person. Maybe we can all trip to the beach this summer...

Got the exhaust nearly done! I'll post pics of the process in a bit. Sounds a lot better now than it did! It also pulls a lot harder. Budget stainless exhaust FTW!

What was the final cost to have something like that fabbed? I'm about to venture down that road too... tongue.gif

It was just under 500 bucks. The local exhaust shop quoted me 800 even with me providing the muffler, resonator and flex section. So I would say I've done pretty good. Saved about 600 bucks, and its all stainless!

Here's some pics! Flanges from vibrant are soooo expensive. So i bought one, and then made the rest out of 3/16th stainless plate using the vibrant flange as a template. B-pipe BOUM!

BRILLIANT! That's seriously respectable work, both in looks and in being cheap and resourceful.

And just to help you guys out I use http://www.siliconeintakes.com/ for the bends that I can't source from the scrap yard. So far all I've used is three 45 degree bends for the b pipe.
