Hi there can anyone help I put the paper clip on te1 and e1 and turn the key to the on position and no blinking or anything. Light just stays on. My engine light has been on for 2 days now. Car runs fine by the way.

After I put in the clip I get in the car turn the ignition to on and the cel is just on still no flashing at all. I am following the guide that is a stickie.
Any Ideas?

if you have a 96+, you cant read the codes with a paper clip, you need an obdII reader.
