Thanks everyone, they are 'Euro Half Riser Blocks', so both variations are correct.
And, Josh found these in Japan being sold as scrap (since they were not full size ST205), the seller obviously did not realize what they were. Suspension Saturday Go!
Got these for $100; Tein Lowering Springs on Stock Shocks; Located ten minutes from my work:  (The shocks were busted though) Started work this arvo:  Removed the stock suspension;   Finished:  In case anyone is wondering, the Shocks on the set with the lowering springs were completely gone. I have never seen suspension that was as terrible as that...
