No words needed. Romas' work is incredible, that's why the car is such as well.

Lol, noo clutch master cilinder is sitting lower now then the Euro / USDM one, cuz i used the JDM spec one and it has a bit different shape, so its not visible in the pics... The thing that is missing - windshield washer tank.... AHHH i hate my self for this - cuz of the all the last minute works i forgot to put it in (i was installing all the inner plastics of the fenders at 4 am in the morning...)

Who said it needs to be lowered more??? Wheels in the pics are 16' and on the rear they are almost under the arches... Its sits so damn low..

And just so that everybody could remeber how it looked before - here is a pic. Spot the differences lol:

Romas, don't worry - it's my fault, I was too pushy to have it finished.

But it was a funny suprise when I decided that I need to wash the windshield, I pushed the button but nothing happened. So I thought "Romas didn't put the liquid in, no problem - I'll do it on the next gas station." So I pull over on Shell, get the 4 filled with V-Power Racing 100 octane fuel, grab a bottle with washer liquid, pop the hood and ... where the f#$k should I put the liquid in? I didn't drive Celica for 6 months so I thought I forgot where the tank is. But I look around and can't find it. So I call Romas "Man, I have real stupid question - where do I put washer liquid? Where is the tank?". And Romas goes "Well, it's in my garage, I forgot to put it in." biggrin.gif

Anyway, I will shoot some nicer pictures once I wash the car. Concerning rims - these will be used only for winter season, for summer I have already 17" Volk Racing CE28 in bronze sitting in my garage. Thanks to Romas, obviously.

Romas, thanks again. Today on my way to office people were taking pictures of the car on the street. biggrin.gif
It is so beautiful and powerful. Dream came true...

He bought it - bought it from Fenspot i think - but the fitment of this lip is somthing that will give you a good amount of problems... It might be that it is a Replica of a replica, cuz it aint wanted to fit at all..

Guys, thanks for your positive feedback. All respect goes to Romas, he did the incredible job, I just had to earn enough cash and live without Celi for 6 months. But it was definitely worth it.

Tonight I took the FOUR for a night ride in the city. EVERYONE was staring at the car. Some crappy cars were trying to smoke me but they all gave up on my third gear. Then I took her for a nice wash with shampoo, wax and PH neutral water... What a fun!!!

I know Romas, my point is let everyone here know "this is not just commont stock interior" biggrin.gif

btw.: one thing looks suspicious to me... How is that possible there is 300km speedo... (JDM cars has only 180ones) rest from interior is IMO 1999 JDM normal wink.gif

None of the JDM celicas had Knob for diming - there is no wiring even for the cluster dimming.

Winter tyres arrived yesterday, so beginning of next week I will put them on and finally will not be afraid to give the car some more adrenaline. biggrin.gif

My GT4 sits in garage for a month now - still struggling to get it street legal.
But bored with not doing anything to the car - yesterday I have spent some
time on fogs instal - got clear lense ones with blue halo ring, they look nice.
Picture does not do the justice.

IPB Image

One more thing - I didn't have time to lengthen the harness so the switch
currently sits ... in engine bay. rolleyes.gif

Tomasz... Get it street legal god damn!!!! I know you dont have time - but c'mon man - you CAN DO IT!!!!

You can't imagine how I would love to - with current street conditions driving FOUR would be fantastic!!!
All documents are in the Ministry, waiting for response. Good news is that my friend who is a journalist spoke on my case with the deputy minister who said that it would be stupid not to allow this car on streets and that he will look into it himself. biggrin.gif I should know more by the end of this week.

They are dedicated to some SUV in description but in order for fogs to fit GT4
grille - you need ones 4" in diameter and these are. They fit perfect.
Just search in ebay for >fog 4"<.

For the moment no pics or vids - waiting to get some. But it was great time - I had few spins on the track till the time when I got feel of it, then it was just "tyres on tarmac", great fun. Car drives like crazy, it must have a bit of doGGy's spirit left inside. Nice fuel consumption as well - 19 mpg :-/, but it's worth it.

For the moment I don't have interesting pics to show - still waiting for other people to provide what they've taken.

As the car is legal now, I pursue with modifications. So I have ordered XS-Power downpipe, Walbro fuel pump and pressure regulator to accompany APEXi AVC-R which all together should add ~40 horses to my heard. Plus Cusco lower strut bar for better handling. biggrin.gif

Changing studs was a very easy task. Only timeconsuming. You had to use plenty of WD-40 to soak the studs and then punch them out with a hammer (gently of course)

Not in a GT4 - hub is different and stud is blocked when trying to punch it out in a place typically designed for its removal. We have somehow managed to get the stock stud out, but there is no way to put the longer one in.

Okay, didn't know that. Had some trouble with the back end (removed the hand brake pads) but is was doable. Only solution for you then was going with a high offset (48 or up) and use the H&R DRM series spacers. Which justs bolts on.

Thanks, I'm also sorry for the Volks. But OZ Ultraleggeras are also beauties and to add spice to them I have started painting calipers... orange. biggrin.gif

So you suggest that in order to be able to carry the cargo I should drive to you with my wife's van, not the GT4? wink.gif

Unlucky with the TE37's mate. I was going to buy a set with a 42 offset (I think it was +42 or maybe +46 confused.gif ) but then got lucky when I found a set with a +38 offset! The OZ's look awsome so I guess it was a blessing in disguise for you!

Small update: 3" downpipe and Apexi AVC-R were installed. It's lovely to launch the GT4 without boost-cut on the 1st gear.

Shopping list for next stage is ready:
- new gasket
- forged pistons and rods
- light flywheel
- Stage 2 clutch
- ARP header bolts
- 255 lph fuel pump and pressure regulator already sit in my garage

I will see how much it will improve the power (with increased boost, of course). If not enough, I will need to go with better turbocharger.

none of those will give you more power. instead of building up the motor, you should look into meth injection. that would be a cheap way to run more boost, on the motor setup that you already have! smile.gif

No more power with boost at 22 psi? I know that 16 psi is max for stock 3S-GTE and that's what I'm running on now.
What do you mean by meth?
