JDM Light query..., do both lights on each sluster light up? Options

just got some JDM rear clusters and was thinking, some of you guys have both lights on each cluster lit up.
Do they do that as standard or do you have to alter them, if so how? thanks

(i would try them out but my car is having the kit fitted, )

just leave your fog lights on ? Batman might know how to make them both come on

It's not good idea... that fog light is brighter than common lights (so it's same intensity like when brake light -> it my look like you brake all the time). See edited picture, It would look like this:
